Follow the documented route from Sakura Pavilion through 里境の川辺, オウカ宝物殿, and 龍の玉座. Each of these four areas has five floors and a boss; the published route then offers a choice to continue toward Area 5 or return to the lobby.
Areas 1 to 4
Area 1 is 桜の楼閣, Sakura Pavilion. Five floors. Boss 牙獣丸, Beastfang Maru. Colorful Media’s capture lists 51,775 HP. Game*Spark describes wide flame breath, sweeps, large wings, and a burning body. A conflicting frame of 15,559 / 26,652 could not be re-checked, so I do not average the HP.
Area 2 is 里境の川辺, Riverside Frontier. Five floors. Boss がしゃどくろ. HP 119,383 in the same capture. NoobFeed says the enemies here hit harder and carry super armor. The Steam screenshot of the giant skull is the picture of this boss, not a move list.
Area 3 is オウカ宝物殿, Ouka Treasure Hall. Five floors. Boss からくり将軍. HP 594,924, one source. Colorful Media puts the approach near level 30 and mentions an elite, 腕利き忍者, before the boss. The English “Clockwork General” is a working translation, not an official subtitle.
Area 4 is 龍の玉座, Dragon Throne. Five floors. Boss 雪女. HP 1,415,414, one source. The same write-up says you receive 夜神楽・氷華 before the fight, and that beating the boss prints “20 floors cleared.”
Hard mode and Area 5
Colorful Media’s area page says that after Yuki-onna, and after the 20-floor banner, returning to the lobby reveals 難易度:鬼. The trial page and the Steam achievement both say “Clear Area 5” for hard mode. I print both wordings. I do not decide whether Area 5 is the fifth floor or a fifth region.
Choosing to keep exploring leads into Area 5. Its name, boss, and length are blank in every source I used. Boss rows and the HP conflict live on the boss table.

Questions
How many floors are in each named area?
Colorful Media lists five floors for areas 1 through 4. Area 5’s length is unpublished.
When does hard mode appear?
One page says after the 20-floor clear, back in the lobby. Steam’s achievement text says Clear Area 5. Both stay on the page.
