What is filled in, and what is a dash
Fifteen rows have Steam names in English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese. 七閃夜刀, 夜神楽, and 月虹 have Japanese guide names and no official English on Steam. Glacier Rend has the English card and no Japanese pair on that screenshot. AP is filled only for 蹴火華 (2), 雷破陣 (1), 七閃夜刀 (1), and 月虹 (3), all from GameWith. Every other AP cell is a dash.
雷破陣 is the disagreement to keep. Steam and Colorful Media call it a derived Art. GameWith introduces it as a starter with AP 1. The status column carries both labels. Unlock text is the trial condition, which is not the same thing as owning the Art in a run. Colorful Media says a trial unlock is permanent account progress, separate from finding the Art in a palace.
One card we can quote
The spoils screenshot shows Glacier Rend at C rank, level 1, 328 Ice per hit, a ground slash that pierces in multiple ticks. That number is the card on screen. I do not scale it to other ranks. Combat slots and the Q, E, R, F defaults are on the combat page. Early picks are on builds.

Questions
How many Arts are in the game?
Unknown. This table has 19 sourced names. Shochiku’s English page mentions over 50 fighting arts, while the Japanese page describes 50-plus Attributes; this site keeps that wording difference rather than treating it as a complete Art count.
Is Thunder Rend a starter or a derived Art?
Steam marks 雷破陣 as a derived Art. GameWith still recommends it as an early AP 1 tool. Both notes stay.
