Two dates, not one. Steam’s store opened on 4 November 2026. Nintendo Switch followed on 5 November 2026. The launch discount is a Steam discount, and it is not mirrored on the US eShop.
Dates
The Steam news post says the PC release is 12:00 a.m. on 5 November, Japan time, which is still 4 November in the US store’s calendar. I keep “4 Nov on Steam” and “5 Nov on Switch” because that is how the two storefronts label the day.
Shochiku’s Japanese page and the US Nintendo page both use 5 November 2026 for Switch. PlayAsia’s listing uses the same Switch day.
Prices as of 7 Nov 2026
United States Steam: $11.99 list, $9.59 at 20 percent off. The US page says the offer ends 18 November. Japan Steam: ¥1,500 list, ¥1,200 at 20 percent off, and the Japanese page also ends the offer on 18 November. A time zone can make that instant look like the 19th on a local clock. I cite the date printed on the store page.
United Kingdom: £10.49 down to £8.39. Euro pricing on the store: €11.99 down to €9.59. US eShop: SwitchBuddy and Deku Deals list $11.99. The earlier Nintendo capture also had no discount; this review pass could read Nintendo’s product details but its live price control remained loading.
PC requirements on Steam: minimum Intel i5-3570K or AMD FX-8310, 8 GB RAM, GeForce GTX 960, 2 GB disk. Recommended: Intel i7-4790 or Ryzen 3 3200G, 16 GB RAM, GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, 2 GB disk. Languages: eight on Steam, four on Switch. The language page lists them.

Patch 1.0.2
Steam news dated 6 November 2026 describes patch 1.0.2. It addresses achievement unlocks during the tutorial, attack-direction assist, camera zoom, and Chinese UI. I mention it here because a launch-week patch changes what “day one” means for achievements. The condition list itself is on the achievements page.
