Who she is on the page
Steam’s store art shows a fighter in a cat-eared hood with twin blades. 4Gamer’s interview and the Denfaminicogamer feature, which quotes a developer character sheet, say the ears and the tail are accessories, not body parts. The Japanese voice is 笑兵衛, a freelance actor, credited in the 4Gamer interview.
She comes from Machina of the Planet Tree -Planet Ruler- (2015). This game is set years later, after she defeated the machine-god Apocalypse. NoobFeed’s story summary says she enters Ouran’s dream pavilion looking for a relic of the gods, gets shut inside, and can only climb. A Simplified Chinese name for her is not on the Steam page I checked, so that cell stays empty.
